Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a bilingual HR Manager to support employee well-being and help foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. This role is responsible for leading core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, general affairs, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and policy administration
  • Administer payroll processing and employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company regulations
  • Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluation programs
  • Manage general affairs functions, including office administration and internal support activities
  • Assist in HR planning and workforce reporting
  • Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of HR management or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations
  • Experience in general affairs or administrative management preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ERP systems
  • Bilingual required (English and Korean)
