Foster Care Case Manager (Full-time)Do you enjoy advocating for children? Would you like to make a difference in children's lives? Pay range: $42,000-$45,000Join our team! As a case manager, you will make timely, independent decisions to support children and families with medical, educational, emotional, and social services. You will coordinate critical resources, ensure 24/7 emergency availability, lead family meetings, and guide families toward long-term permanency goals. This role involves regular in-home visits, close collaboration with caregivers, courts, and community partners, and a strong commitment to documentation and outcome tracking. Transportation, legal support, and attending court are also essential duties. Ultimately, you help ensure each child's safety, stability, and long-term success.This position is more than just a job-it's a commitment to walk beside children and families in their most vulnerable moments. Your compassion, consistency, and courage can help a child feel seen, a family feel supported, and a future feel possible. If your heart beats for change, healing, and purpose, this is where your impact begins.Bachelor's degree in social work, drug and alcohol education, counseling, psychology, education, sociology, or criminal justice.Minimum of one year of professional employment in the delivery of protective social services, family preservation services, or targeted case management services in a public or private agency.
