    • Coach managers on goal setting, performance feedback, development planning, and accountability.
    • Support the annual performance review and talent assessment processes.
    • Identify development opportunities and support associate growth and career progression.
  • Associate Engagement & Retention
    • Promote initiatives that strengthen associate engagement and reinforce SiteOne's values.
    • Monitor turnover and workforce trends and recommend actions to improve retention.
    • Facilitate associate feedback discussions and support action planning efforts.
    • Coordinate local recognition and engagement activities.
  • Compliance & HR Administration
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
    • Partner with Benefits, Leave Administration, and HR Centers of Excellence on associate matters as needed.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
    • Support audits, reporting requirements, and HR data management activities.

Compensation:

  • Compensation for this role is targeted between $95,000 and $115,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, performance incentives, and internal equity.
