About the role
The jobholder will work closely with Regional Head of Sales, Segment heads, and their own team to drive Strategic and Tactical initiatives (GDP), manage the marketing team, ensure integration and utilization of business optimization tools, and generally support the sales management team. The position will ensure GDP initiatives are organized and executed monthly and facilitate the data collection of the required TTI's. Regional marketing will prioritize activities that are in alignment with these initiatives.
Business excellence processes and tools (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.) will be supported by driving adoption and execution of the tools monitoring utilization and escalating any roadblocks or lack of adoption issues as well as overseeing new product order entry management. A background in LEAN/VBSS or similar is considered beneficial to identify opportunities to simplify business processes especially from an internal efficiency and/or customer perspective.

Main accountabilities and tasks
  • Organize and support the GDP initiatives
  • Partner with the segment heads to develop, track, and report on the various action plans
  • Work with business analyst personnel to automate the collection of TTI data
  • Collect and communicate performance data, market insights, and opportunities to assist sales teams and services (collect KPI's, structure data, visual management, etc.)
  • Coordinate Regional marketing managers' activities
  • Combine marketing promotion, analytics, and GDP/initiatives together to coordinate and focus resources
  • Oversee management of marketing communication and Marketing Initiatives
  • Support channel partners development programs
  • Support sales leadership to create and manage the communication flow on the main social internal and external
  • Focus on execution and waste removal in business processes, primarily in Sales and Service activities Drive Sales Support department providing data intelligence to sales leaders to facilitate businesses.
  • Organize and oversee data mining, accessibility to data in various systems (ERPs)
  • Management level dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Support Business Intelligence data collection and Analysis.
  • Coordinate with other functions that SalesForce CRM, CPQ, SAPConf and other main systems are developed according to business requirements.
  • Liaise with Finance and with Strategy (Budgeting Process, by Segment, by Region, by Product)
  • Regular Pipeline Review and CRM maintenance
  • Trainer for SalesForce
  • Rolling Forecast management, both for OI (Order Intake) and Sales
  • Partner with sales leaders and corporate business development personnel to track timely execution of key tasks
  • Assist with preparation for corporate presentations and reports
