Medication Aide

At CountryHouse Residence in Elkhorn, NE, part of Agemark Senior Living, we’re looking for compassionate and dependable Medication Aides to join our team. We currently have opportunities for full-time evening and part-time overnight shifts.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide medication support – safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records – document medication administration and keep resident records up to date.
  • Monitor resident well-being – observe for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
  • Assist with daily care – support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
  • Build meaningful connections – develop positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Support your team – help create a caring, positive environment where residents and team members feel valued.
What We’re Looking For
  • Active 40-hour medication aide certification.
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
  • A dependable, team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
