Job Description
The Customer Service Associate provides an exceptional customer experience and assists with general upkeep of the store.
Location: Raleigh Durham International Airport, NC.
Schedule: Weekend availability required
Salary: $17.00/hr.
Job Responsibilities
  • Greets and assists customers throughout their shopping experience
  • Maximizes sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate
  • Remains knowledgeable of the store's merchandise and current promotions
  • Assists in the cleanliness and upkeep of the store; maintains store displays and merchandise
  • Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise
  • Replenishes backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor
  • Conducts markdowns of merchandise as instructed
  • Perform opening/closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security
  • Communicates customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner
  • If identified as a keyholder, additional responsibilities will be assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and resolve minor customer service conflicts
  • Alcohol Beverage Awareness Cared (TAM Card) may be required
  • Additional Security clearance may be required
  • Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required
