Job description

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests.
Your duties will include cleaning, tidying, and replenishing room supplies in accordance with the hotel's high standards of hygiene and quality. You will play a critical role in upholding the reputation of Millennium Hotels and Resorts by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude toward providing outstanding customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Replenish room amenities and supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
  • Report any maintenance issues, broken items, or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and use them efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist in cleaning public areas of the hotel as needed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by housekeeping supervisors or management.
  • Pay rate $15.00

Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
