Job Description

Do you have a heart full of jingle bells and a passion for spreading yuletide joy? Get ready to sprinkle holiday magic like confetti and make our guests' Christmas dreams come true! We're on the lookout for a Christmas Enchantment Extraordinaire to join our team as the Christmas Concierge at the Princess!

The Christmas at the Princess Event Concierge and Admin will be responsible for becoming the Christmas at the Princess event expert as they handle daily communications such as emails, phone calls, voicemails and any communication related to the event. This role will involve monitoring the event's phone line, responding to voicemails and emails, addressing event guest issues, and providing general information and direction to enhance the guest experience.

  • Seasonal dates of position: October 15th through January 10th  
  • Daily Communication-Send out daily internal communication regarding event updates, schedules, and important information
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date communication system to ensure everyone is well-informed
  • Voicemail Management-Check and manage voicemail messages regularly, promptly returning calls and addressing guest inquiries or requests
  • Maintain a friendly and professional phone demeanor at all times
  • Guest Assistance-Greet and assist guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience
  • Provide information about the event, schedules, and nearby attractions
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests efficiently and courteously
  • Phone customer service-Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone
  • Assist guests with ticketing inquiries, purchases, and issues
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the ticketing process
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all computer-related duties
Qualifications
  • Computer Skills- Utilize computer systems and software for various tasks, including data entry, document creation, and communication
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ticketing platform experience an asset 
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods.

Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
