Job Description

Luxury and tranquility in an authentic alpine setting await our Guests at the Himmel Spa. As a Yoga Instructor, you will deliver a professional and personalized wellness experience, guiding Owners and Guests through thoughtfully curated classes. Your expertise, presence, and attention to detail will create a serene and memorable experience with every session.

This position involves approximately 1-3 hours per day, 2-3 days per week.

What you will be doing:

  • Consistently deliver professional, warm, and engaging service while assisting Guests and Owners with spa and resort offerings
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spa services, wellness programs, and retail offerings to confidently promote and enhance the guest experience
  • Lead group and private yoga/fitness classes in alignment with spa standards and certification best practices
  • Provide personalized attention by anticipating and responding to individual guest needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean, tranquil, and well-organized environment, ensuring all equipment is safe, sanitized, and presentation-ready
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a yoga and/or fitness instructor required
  • Current, recognized certifications in yoga, fitness, or related disciplines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Highly reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Guest-focused, with the ability to remain professional, calm, and attentive at all times
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $20.02/hr training wage for required training events. Main payment comes from per class payment structure of $40/class.
