Job description

The Employee Shuttle Coordinator keeps our winter team moving! This seasonal role schedules and coordinates daily shuttle service for Gunstock employees during winter operations. You'll work closely with the Gunstock HR team to ensure the timely, safe, and efficient operation of a company-owned shuttle used to transport employees between employee housing, the worksite, and other approved destinations. A CDL-B license is NOT required for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transportation for Gunstock's international Work and Travel team, including arrival pick-ups, rides to employee housing, daily worksite transportation, and weekly shopping or local activity trips.
  • Organize and update weekly shuttle schedules and keep driver availability, schedules, and contact details current in Gunstock's scheduling app.
  • Complete pre-trip vehicle checks and report any issues to Mobile Maintenance.
  • Check pick-up and drop-off areas for ice, snow, and other hazards; report concerns to Grounds Maintenance.
  • Stay up to date on hours, weather, trail conditions, and resort events so you can answer employee questions confidently.
  • Use the radio or other communication tools to stay connected, report service interruptions, and notify HR right away about delays or accidents.
  • Help train and welcome seasonal Shuttle Drivers as needed.
  • When needed, help transport guests between the base area and remote parking lots.
  • Keep the HR team updated on concerns that may affect safety, service, productivity, or employee relations.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using scheduling apps, messaging tools, email, and GPS
  • Friendly, clear communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely operate a shuttle vehicle; enter and exit shuttle vehicles throughout the shift; perform routine vehicle checks; remove snow from vehicles as needed; visually inspect vehicles, pick-up/drop-off areas, tools, and equipment; and move items up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, seasonal position (Dec-Mar) with 4-5 shifts per week. 30-40 hours per week.
