Job description

Bayside Resort Golf Club is now hiring for a highly experienced Food and Beverage Manager to manage all of our Food and Beverage outlets. This individual supports the Director of Hospitality in overseeing FOH operations across outlets. Ensures service standards are consistently upheld, acts as a member-facing leader, and provides cross-outlet support including training, follow-up and coverage when the Director is absent.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Serve as a visible leader on the floor, engaging members and ensuring service standards are met across all outlets.
• Support FOH Managers and Bar Manager with staff development and member engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the implementation of training programs and ensure standards are reinforced daily.
• Coordinate cross-outlet service initiatives to maintain consistency in hospitality.
• Act as the acting Director of Hospitality in their absence.
• Ensure coverage F&B Golf operations in season and for special events
 

Financial Responsibilities
• Assist Director of Hospitality with FOH financial reporting and outlet performance analysis.
• Monitor cross-outlet sales trends and member feedback to support financial goals.
 

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2–4 years of leadership experience in food & beverage operations within a club, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
 

Skills & Abilities
• Strong leadership with proven ability to inspire and coach teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a member-focused approach.
• Proficiency in scheduling, labor management, and operational systems (POS, inventory).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to company values.
