What You'll Do
  • Coordinate cross-functional program execution across our manufacturing facilities in Fort Smith, AR and Tulsa, OK
  • Lead milestone tracking, Gate reviews, and Work Package execution to keep programs on schedule
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance to ensure manufacturing readiness
  • Monitor program risks, identify potential roadblocks, and drive timely resolution
  • Maintain program dashboards, executive updates, and reporting that provide visibility into progress and key milestones
  • Coordinate production readiness, launch activities, PPAP timing, and validation efforts
  • Align program timelines with plant capacity, staffing, tooling, and equipment readiness
  • Support quality initiatives aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across corporate and plant teams

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred (or equivalent manufacturing/program coordination experience)
  • 3-6+ years of experience in manufacturing, project coordination, or program management
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of manufacturing launches, production readiness, and cross-functional project coordination
  • Familiarity with Stage-Gate processes, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar project management tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience in automotive, transportation, commercial vehicle, or similar manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support plant coordination and launch activities
