IT Manager
Exchange Bank amp; Trust is seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our team under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer. In this position, the IT Manager will provide continued support to our Banking platform and end-users. The IT Manager will be responsible for monitoring the computer systems of Exchange Bank amp; Trust and for solving complex hardware and software issues by collaborating with employees throughout our bank branches.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Oversee the bank’s system network, operations and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with banking software and hardware
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of current and developing IT technologies, equipment and security
  • Maintain and develop relationship with the bank’s Managed Service Provider
  • Maintain and monitor the bank’s IT policies and procedures, including Disaster Recovery
  • Recommend strategic IT plans to the bank, including long-term systems needs and hardware acquisitions
  • Develop and manage IT vendor relationships
Education, Experience and Training
  • Strong interpersonal communication, writing and relationship-building skills
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or 5+ years experience in IT, 3+ years in technical support role
  • Experience in designing and managing disaster recovery/business continuity
  • Experience in evaluating and deploying new technology
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Time-management skills
  • Working knowledge of VOIP phone systems, Citrix, SD-Wan and firewall technologies
  • Ability to configure multi-server networks using routers, switches and firewalls
