Shifts range starting at 6:30am to 3:00pm and later shifts of 1:30pm to 10:00pm.

This position will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining service standards, cash control accountabilities, and cleanliness of all associated areas, including the Activity Center, Movie Theatre, Arcade, Fitness Center, and all outdoor amenities. This individual will be responsible for the successful execution of activities and events by consistently monitoring resort activity programs, special events, and entertainment. This individual will work in multiple areas, monitoring and providing exceptional customer service in the Arcade, Activities Center, and Fitness Center. This individual will also conduct light food prep as well as cooking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Actively communicates activities and events to all Owners and Guests. Also, ensure the safety and security of other owners and guests while providing excellent customer service as it relates to our activities and functions
  • Prepare light food and cooking as required
  • Consistent cleaning of Activity Center, Arcade, Amenities, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, hosing of decks, picking up trash, sanitizing, window washing, scrubbing tiles, and emptying and re-bagging trash bins
  • Computer used to prepare communications/flyers to be used throughout the resort
  • Performs other tasks as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Proven participation in clubs, sports, volunteerism, or extra-curricular activities is strongly desired

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Servsafe (preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Effectively communicate in English – bilingual is a plus
  • Must be able and willing to swim and participate in water sports and water activities
  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Computer knowledge, MS Office Suite
