We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join our team!

Summary -

Provides daily service and support to resolve customer and agent inquiries and issues via telephone, chat and email. Assumes responsibility of representing and protecting the company brand in all service related interactions with customers and agents.

A typical day will include the following:

  • Deliver an outstanding service experience to every customer via multi-channel contacts (phone/chat/email), every time.

  • Generate appropriate and agile responses, approaches and solutions based on the situation.

  • Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible.

  • Continually expand your knowledge and abilities through active learning and accepting and /or delivering constructive feedback.

  • Communicate with a professional, positive and helpful tone.

  • Assume ownership of issues as needed to guide/ensure prompt resolution.

  • Troubleshoot to identify root cause and determine appropriate course of action for resolution.

  • Demonstrate basic insurance coverage to clarify and instruct customers on the steps needed to reach desired outcome.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • One to three years customer service experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or its equivalent

  • We are looking for individuals that can work 11:30am-8:00pm ET or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CT
