The 3 month rule in resilient enterprises or related job contexts often refers to a probation period of three months, during which an employee's performance and fit are evaluated before permanent employment is confirmed. This period allows employers to assess skills, adaptability, and reliability, and employees to understand job expectations. It is common for companies to set this timeframe to ensure mutual suitability before offering long-term contracts.

Such positions typically involve leadership, innovation, and long-term business growth.
