Summary

In the role of Residential Installer, you will install, maintain, and repair our full offering of residential products including garage doors, entry doors, awnings, screens, and more. Prior experience is not a prerequisite, as we provide thorough on-the-job training.


Duties

  • Install products per manufacture specifications and ensure customer satisfaction with completed work.
  • Maintain inventory on company truck and understand the proper use of all parts, tools, etc.
  • Basic diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical & electrical failures.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on products.
  • Keep proper documentation of services performed, amounts owed/paid, outstanding items for job completion, etc.
  • Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment both at our warehouse and at job sites.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • General knowledge of construction, hand tools, electrical, etc.
  • Must possess a valid Driverโ€™s License.
  • Must have an accepted MVR to be added to our auto insurance policy.
  • Must have dependable & reliable transportation to and from your base office location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in garage door service/install or a similar skilled trade.
  • Mechanical inclination
