As a Project Manager at Craftsman Builders, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, coordinate with architects and clients, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement.
  • Lead on-site crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction and ensuring high standards of work.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or challenges in real time.
  • Conduct regular project site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
