What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Roving Leasing Agent who is adaptable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment across two storage facilities. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to travel between properties while supporting leasing goals and creating exceptional resident experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to each site and work on leasing files, scheduling tours, or any other time that is requested
  • Answer phones, email, and post/monitor social media for the property
  • Maintain the cleanliness and the tour path
  • Know your occupancy, and available inventory.
  • Run leasing applications
  • Prepare leasing agreements, review with new customers, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualificationsโ€ฏ

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
  • Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
