Summary:

Coordinates the academic and administrative activities of the assigned area for faculty and residents, and support personnel. Provides administrative support to the Center Director/Chairperson. Coordinates personnel, as assigned. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two years of experience in medical student and/or resident program support, other training education programs, or related program coordination experience. OR Associate's Degree with three years of year experience in medical student and/or resident program support, other training education programs, or related program coordination experience. OR HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam with five years of year experience in medical student and/or resident program support, other training education programs, or related program coordination experience. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, along with setting and meeting financial goals. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in office organization systems and record keeping, Excellent personal computer skills and following software packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access Preferred: Master's Degree.
