What are Resident Instructors?

Resident Instructors are professionals who live on-site at educational institutions, camps, or training centers to supervise, mentor, and support residents such as students or trainees. Resident Instructors often serve as a bridge between the residents and the administration, helping to resolve conflicts and address concerns. Their responsibilities may vary depending on the organization, but their main goal is to foster personal, social, and academic growth among residents.
