About the Role

The Wellness Supervisor/Resident Services Coordinator supports daily clinical operations in the Wellness department, ensuring consistent delivery of resident care and service in alignment with community standards and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and oversight of care staff providing daily resident support.

• Ensure care plans and wellness standards are followed and documented.

• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to licensed clinical leadership.

• Support training, orientation, and performance expectations for Resident Associates and Medication Associates.

• Promote a professional, safety-focused, service-oriented care environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving or resident care strongly preferred.
