Job Description:
Summary:
Assists in maintaining the residency programs and Sponsoring Institution (SI) compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and guidelines. Requires up-to-date knowledge of the current ACGME Common, specialty/subspecialty-specific Program, and Institutional Requirements. Organizes residency programs' calendars, schedules meetings, attends meetings (as required), collects various committee meeting minutes (formatting per the committee chair's recommendations/requirements), generates related action plans, and archives/updates changes and/or documentation of progression as required. Maintains residency-specific documentation, i.e., data entry into resident management software system, filing and record maintenance, resident time off/leave programs, etc. Coordinates submission of resident expense reimbursement and tracks medical education stipends. Coordinates event planning for a variety of events, i.e. graduation ceremony, resident retreats, recruiting events, etc. Provides support during interview season, National Resident Matching Program's (NRMP) "The Match" and "Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program (SOAP)" as required by the Program Directors and Program Managers. Supports the programs' leadership in arranging didactics and ensuring the technology/virtual formats are maintained and functional for all users regardless of presence (in-person/remote). Provides administrative support to the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) and sponsoring institution. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Must be self-motivated, flexible, organized, attentive to detail, resourceful, a positive team member, a strong team leader and coach, exemplify professionalism, and be committed to continual performance improvement, and assist Ballad in achieving and maintaining applicable accreditation.

Bachelor's degree. Associates degree with directly relevant prior work experience can be considered.
