Job description

Baxter Health RN Residency Program

The Baxter Health RN Residency Program provides a comprehensive onboarding experience to transition and support newly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners. The Baxter Health RN Residency includes evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components. This program was designed for RN graduates and RNs, with six months or less experience. RNs with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible. Specific criteria must be met. Required documents include: application with complete work history, and resume. The resume and copy of unofficial transcript may be emailed to Kim Beavers, kbeavers@baxterregional.org. Please note, if you are interested in starting to work for Baxter Health even before the Cohort itself starts, please reach out to Kim Beavers, HR Nurse Recruiter, (870) 508-1070, to discuss options. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the start date of the Cohort for which you are applying. Applications are now being accepted!!!
