This ensures that the customer has a guaranteed place or service at their preferred date and time. Managing reservations often involves handling customer inquiries, confirming bookings, updating schedules, and coordinating with other staff to ensure a smooth experience for guests. Reservation agents play a key role in customer service and operational efficiency.
