Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and online booking platforms in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist guests with selecting vacation rental properties that best fit their needs.

  • Provide accurate information regarding property features, availability, rates, policies, amenities, and local area details.

  • Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and guest account updates accurately.

  • Maintain detailed and organized reservation records within the company's booking system.

  • Follow up with prospective guests to encourage bookings and provide excellent service.

  • Communicate with internal team members regarding guest needs, special requests, arrival details, and reservation updates.
