About the job Reservation Services Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for organized, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Reservation Services Specialist. This role focuses on helping travelers move from vacation ideas to confirmed arrangements by researching available options, coordinating reservation details, and providing dependable assistance throughout the booking process.
You do not need previous travel industry experience to get started. We provide training, supplier education, and ongoing guidance. This opportunity may be a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, pays close attention to details, and is comfortable managing responsibilities in a remote environment.
Your Responsibilities

  • Communicate with travelers to identify their destination interests, travel dates, preferences, and budget considerations
  • Search available accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and other travel services
  • Compare availability and travel options based on individual client requests
  • Assist clients with selecting vacation arrangements that meet their priorities
  • Process and coordinate reservation details through authorized supplier and booking systems
  • Organize multiple trip components into clear travel plans
  • Provide reservation confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and applicable travel documents
  • Track pending booking items and follow up with clients when additional information is needed
  • Assist with reservation modifications, schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Double-check names, dates, services, and other reservation information for accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date client and booking records within company platforms
  • Communicate important changes, deadlines, or updates to travelers in a timely manner
  • Participate in supplier training and destination education to build knowledge of available travel products
