At Calculated Research & Technology (CR-T), we're seeking a Technical Field Account Executive to develop new mid-market and enterprise relationships, deliver tailored technology solutions, and earn uncapped commissions with no ceilings or limits.

This is a high-autonomy, high-reward position ideal for top-performing sales executives who want to leverage their experience and relationships to build long-term, recurring revenue within a trusted, growth-focused MSP and IT solutions provider.

What You’ll Do Pipeline Development
  • Identify, pursue, and close new mid-market and enterprise clients across IT hardware, software, managed services, and professional services.
  • Leverage your existing client base and professional network to accelerate growth.
  • Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline through outreach, renewals, and referrals.
Client Engagement
  • Conduct in-person meetings and executive-level presentations that communicate business value and outcomes.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle — from discovery to proposal to close — while maintaining accurate CRM documentation (ConnectWise).
  • Represent CR-T at partner events, industry conferences, and client engagements to expand market presence.
Solution Expertise
  • Deliver consultative, business-focused solutions that align with client goals and CR-T’s core offerings.
  • Partner with engineers and solution architects to craft and present tailored strategies.
  • Stay ahead of evolving technology trends to position CR-T as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Account Growth
  • Expand client relationships through strategic cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention by delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of B2B technical sales or IT consulting experience, preferably in infrastructure, cloud, or managed services.
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition within mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
