Position Type: 1-Year Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Pay: $25-$32/hour

Schedule: Approximately 25-30 hours/week

Schedule set monthly; flexibility required for occasional early mornings and evenings based on study needs.

Work Environment: 100% onsite clinical research laboratory setting

Position Overview

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a notable global organization known for developing innovative beauty, consumer, and technology-driven products.

We are seeking a Clinical Study Assistant to support the execution of clinical studies evaluating product performance and consumer experiences. This role will work closely with Clinical Coordinators and research teams to prepare studies, support participants, collect research data, and maintain accurate study documentation.

This 1-year contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented science professional looking to build hands-on experience in clinical research, laboratory operations, and consumer product testing while contributing to innovative research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Study Support

  • Assist Clinical Coordinators with preparation and execution of clinical research studies.

  • Prepare study materials, documentation, and supplies prior to participant visits.

  • Support participant check-in, study instructions, and informed consent activities.

  • Communicate study procedures clearly and professionally to research participants.

  • Assist with product application activities according to established study protocols.

Data Collection & Documentation

  • Collect and record data from clinical instrument measurements.

  • Perform accurate data entry and quality checks.

  • Maintain organized clinical study binders and research documentation.

  • Support accurate documentation of study activities and results.

Laboratory & Study Operations

  • Prepare laboratory spaces before and after study activities.

  • Maintain study supplies, equipment, and materials.

  • Assist with clinical instruments and testing procedures after training.

  • Support product measurement activities, including pre- and post-study product weighing.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and study-ready laboratory environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Some college coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or related scientific discipline.

  • Laboratory, research, healthcare, or clinical support experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
