The Opportunity:
The Portland, OR facility is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects within our product portfolio. This role serves as the key liaison between project owners, project teams, and senior management, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, achievements, and escalation items. The Project Manager will drive process improvements, implement effective solutions, and support strategic decision-making by providing meaningful project data and portfolio insights.
What You'll Work On
  • Implement, monitor and improve business processes in support of the Project Management Organization (PMO) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Demonstrate stewardship and provide project leadership to meet Divisional strategies and business objectives.
  • Manage activities associated with product-related projects, coordinating execution of deliverables with key stakeholder partners from R&D, Design Quality, Operations (Engineering, Quality), Regulatory, and Commercial.
  • Identify, scope, plan and conduct medium-to-complex projects. Projects may include market and line extensions, new products or manufacturing processes, cost improvement initiatives, and supplier-driven changes.

  • Direct the work of project team members, set goals and objectives, monitor progress on tasks.
  • Provide business updates as needed regarding project status, resource needs, risks, and decisions to escalate to Sr. Leadership.
  • Cultivate an internal and external network of resources.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years related work experience in project management. Strong working knowledge of SmartSheet and Microsoft Project.
  • Proven strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results focused, and resourceful individual, who can work with minimal direction.
  • Proven strong analytical, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and hold teams accountable for results.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Work Experience in a highly-regulated industry (e.g. medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or defense).
  • PMP Certification.
  • Project Management experience with Class III medical devices.
  • Individual who drives high standards and tenaciously works to meet or exceed challenging goals.
