What you will do:

  • The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects that support business and operational objectives, and product development objectives with a strong emphasis ontechnology initiatives, new product development, project governance, and continuous improvement. This role manages projects from initiation through execution usingstage-gate, waterfall and agile project management methodologies, ensuring alignment on scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • This position partners closely with internal teams, external vendors, leadership, and other business leaders to drive effective communication, decision-making, and project outcomes across multiple business areas. The role also supports engineering and new product development processes, including coordination ofmulti-location, cross-functional effortsand successfully bring new products to market including part release activities and design control deliverables.
  • In addition to project execution, the Senior Project Manager contributes to the advancement of organizational project management capabilities by improving training programs, mentoring project managers, and supporting the evolution of portfolio and program management systems. Success in this role requires strong leadership through influence, adaptability, attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quality- and compliance-focused environment.

What you will bring:

  • o Bachelor's degree required, preferably inEngineering, Technology, Business Managementor related field
  • o Minimum7 years of experienceleading technology projects, including cross-functional leadership
  • o Proven experience leadingcomplex technology, and/or new product development projects
  • o Experience working within a regulated environment, etc.
  • o Strong knowledge ofstage-gate project management methodologies
  • o Experience withproject governance, including leader meetings, sponsor meetings, team meetings, and status reporting
  • o Ability to managemultiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • o Strong background inbudget tracking, resource planning, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication
  • o Proficiency inMicrosoft ExcelandWord;Microsoft Projectpreferred
  • o Ability to train, coach, and mentor project managers while supporting PMO and portfolio management improvements
  • o Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • o Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • o Ability to work independently with limited direction while remaining adaptable to changing priorities
  • o Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams inquality- and compliance-driven environments
