Position Summary


The Prospect Management & Research Intern will serve the PM&R team by performing a variety of administrative tasks and working on short- and long-term projects that include data collection and entry, researching constituent background and contact information, and other tasks as assigned.

This is a part-time, temporary, in-person position based in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive information.
  • Help with entering information into and/or retrieving reports from the CSUF constituent database.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with scheduling, prep work, and materials for meetings hosted by members of the PM&R team.
  • With direction, provide support to the PM&R team by identifying background information, verifying contact and career information; other duties as assigned.
  • Assist PM&R team members with special projects as needed.
  • Schedule meetings for PM&R team members and reserve conference rooms for meetings in Outlook.
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets.
  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Proofreading and editing documents.
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Proven organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Current student matriculating toward a degree
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Reliable, punctual, professional, and self-motivated
  • Available during standard business hours, 8 am to 5 pm


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases
  • Availability to work over the entirety of the academic year
  • Flexible and willing to take on a wide variety of tasks
