Student Assistant

Are you a college student interested in gaining practical experience while learning more about California State government? The Personnel Management Division (PMD) is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support a records and information management project involving California's statewide classification system. Under close supervision and in a learner capacity, the Student Assistant will assist with reviewing, organizing, categorizing, and consolidating historical classification records into a centralized reference library. The Student Assistant will gain practical experience in records and information management, technology-supported workflows, research, project support, and California's personnel management system.
