Job description

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking an Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for research, clinical, and public health activities supporting the DoD auditory health mission.

The Assistant will help ensure smooth day-to-day execution of program activities by supporting scheduling, documentation, data entry, logistics coordination, meeting preparation, and general administrative support for studies and clinical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

ยท Provide administrative and operational support for research and public health program activities.

ยท Support scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and logistical planning.

ยท Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, forms, trackers, reports, and program files.

ยท Assist with data entry, quality checks, and maintenance of study or program records.

ยท Support coordination of participant activities, study logistics, training sessions, site visits, and clinical initiatives.

ยท Assist with travel coordination, conference support, and Government-approved logistics.

ยท Support communication among team members, Government stakeholders, clinicians, researchers, and technical staff.

ยท Help maintain organized documentation in accordance with Government and program requirements.

ยท Complete required training and follow procedures for handling sensitive information, including PII and PHI.

Required Qualifications

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.

ยท Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.

ยท Strong organizational, written communication, and customer service skills.

ยท Experience preparing documents, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and supporting team operations.

ยท Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

ยท Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities.

ยท Ability to complete required Government training, including cybersecurity and HIPAA training.

Preferred Qualifications

ยท Experience supporting DoD, Government contracting, healthcare, clinical research, public health, or military medicine programs.

ยท Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.

ยท Familiarity with HIPAA, PII, PHI, or healthcare administrative processes.

ยท Experience supporting research logistics, participant scheduling, or program documentation.
