We are seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Shipping Assistant/Warehouse Laborer at All About Learning Press (AALP) in Eagle River, Wisconsin.

This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring that products are prepared, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining facility standards. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage routine tasks independently. This is an on-site, part-time role that supports the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ship orders accurately and in a timely and orderly fashion; bring carts to the front door by pick-up time
  • Ensure all shipping boxes and packing materials are stocked and organized.
  • Collate products in an efficient manner
  • Keep the warehouse and office clean, neat, and orderly
  • Empty wastebaskets and manage recycling, including:
    • Taking out recycling on Wednesdays
    • Returning trash and recycling bins indoors on Thursdays
  • Put incoming mail and returns in the appropriate place
  • Pack and prepare Review Boxes accurately and efficiently for shipment.
  • Assist with returns and defective materials
  • Support general warehouse and operational tasks as assigned to meet team needs.

  • Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as needed
