What is the job?: As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that our dishes are prepared with precision and care. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall quality of our food and the efficiency of our operations.

  • Assist with various tasks related to opening and closing procedures for smooth operations.
  • Set up and break down your station efficiently at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including routine cleaning of equipment and ensuring proper hygiene practices.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu and ingredients to ensure accurate preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
  • Properly label, stock, and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards, while adhering to all health and safety rules, including nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
