About this position
This role will represent the Finance function in cross-functional Digital initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert. You will ensure HFM data loads are timely, accurate, and compliant financial submissions. Lead and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance the quality of reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate compliance standards. Develop and execute operational plans for financial analysis, research, and forecasting, providing actionable insights that support both short-term performance objectives and long-term strategic business decisions.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Conducts financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support short-term business goals and decisions.
  • Prepares forecasts and performs financial modeling to develop recommendations for management.
  • Reviews financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flows and statistical analysis for accuracy.
  • Provides reports to functional or operational management on financial analysis results and recommendations.
  • Audits financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.
  • Advises on operations finance activities, such as programs, pricing, sales, and supply chain.
  • Conducts medium to large-scale projects. Builds analytical models to perform complex analyses.
  • Act as the primary Finance point of contact for Digital Cyber Security and AI/ Data functions, planning and reporting financials to Digital stakeholders.
  • Manage creation and maintenance of financial models, variance analysis, and development of business cases and investment summaries.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration, with 5+ years experience in FP&A.

Preferred Qualifications (assets)
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Power BI, CoPilot, AirTable experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to report on analysis concisely and effectively both orally and in written format.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities under tight deadlines, be detail oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
