Perform troubleshooting, resolution analysis on a variety of heating products and associated equipment.Provide technical support to Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments.Review updated codes and standards and assess impact on product design.Provide enhancement and continuous improvement to existing products and processes.Maintain awareness of state-of-the-art technologies. Keep Thermon abreast of the latest industry trends and recommend responsive actions.
