What Impact You Will Have

The Development Coordinator will be a critical support partner to Rubix's global development team. You will help maintain visibility across active development projects by managing project documentation, coordinating information flow, maintaining portfolio reporting, and creating executive-quality presentation materials. Your work will improve consistency, organization, and decision-making across Rubix's development platform.

What You'll Do

Development Documentation & Data Rooms

  • Manage project documentation across active development projects.
  • Organize and maintain virtual data rooms and diligence materials.
  • Track critical project deliverables, agreements, permits, and approvals.
  • Maintain document control, filing standards, and version management.

Portfolio Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain portfolio-wide development trackers and reporting tools.
  • Support project reporting across development, power, land, and delivery activities.
  • Monitor milestones, deadlines, risks, and action items.
  • Prepare recurring reports for leadership reviews.

Executive Presentations & Communications

  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for leadership, investors, customers, and project reviews.
  • Translate complex project information into concise, professional presentation materials.
  • Support preparation of strategic reports and development updates.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate information requests across Development, Finance, Legal, Design, Delivery, and external consultants.
  • Schedule meetings and track follow-up actions.
  • Support ad hoc research, analysis, and administrative activities related to project development.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience within data centers, real estate, infrastructure, construction, engineering, consulting, or development environments.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level materials.
  • Strong Excel and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 plus performance based incentives. Exact compensation will be determined at the end of the process based on experience.
