Are you a tenacious and strategic attorney with a passion for insurance defense litigation? We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role will focus on a variety of insurance defense litigation matters, providing an exciting opportunity for the right individual to grow and develop their career while making a significant impact within our organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and possess a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Representing our clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial.
2. Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
3. Conducting and defending depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
4. Developing and implementing litigation strategy, including case evaluation, discovery plans, and trial preparation.
5. Negotiating settlements, resolving disputes, and advocating for our clients in court.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments related to insurance defense litigation.
7. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:
