RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Clinical Research Assistant to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will beresponsible for assisting with the coordination of imaging scheduling and data uploading, maintaining relationships with local research sites and coordinators, and general administrative support. This is a Full-Time position working Monday- Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(90%) Research Assistance

  1. Submit acquired research related scans to their corresponding imaging portals for sponsor & PI review within 24 hours
  2. Provide clerical support such as sending and receiving faxes and scanning patient documentation
  3. Assist with maintaining current research binders for quarterly sponsor review
  4. Review and monitor any unresolved data clarification requests until resolved
  5. Schedule screening and follow up visits
  6. Educate study subjects about study requirements, appointment confirmations and procedure prep
  7. Work with research team and technologists with subject related tasks
  8. Maintain accurate records of services performed
  9. Ensure confidentiality of all health information as required by Florida Statues, HIPPA, and GCP guidelines
