We are seeking two highly motivated Business Development Managers to join our growing team. While this posting is for a single Business Development Manager position, we are hiring for two complementary roles within the team:

  • Outbound Business Development Manager - Focused on proactive prospecting, account research, and generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach.

  • Inbound Business Development Manager - Focused on qualifying inbound leads, responding to customer inquiries, and converting marketing-generated demand into qualified sales opportunities.


Regular management of sales reports and performance metrics is required, as well as addressing operational questions and managing resistance. The role ensures compliance with company policies and supports the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and promoting continuous learning and adaptability.

Candidates will be considered for the role that best aligns with their experience, strengths, and career interests.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Business Development Manager

  • Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers.

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, social selling, and other channels.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and secure meetings.

  • Track prospecting activities and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and opportunity creation goals.

Inbound Business Development Manager

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries.

  • Qualify prospects using established sales methodologies and defined qualification criteria.

  • Engage prospective customers to understand business needs and determine solution fit.

  • Schedule qualified meetings for own portfolio and support the strategic team.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely lead follow-up.

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead conversion and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, customer success, or a customer-facing role preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
