Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:  

L3Harris is seeking a strategic, businessminded intern to join our team and support product, market, and business insight initiatives. As a part of our Business Development organization, this role will provide hands-on experience with market research, competitive analysis, data analytics, and executive-level reporting

 

Essential Functions:

  • Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities.
  • Participate in the analysis of market trends and current events relevant to L3Harris.
  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of external communications.
  • Engage in digital storytelling to showcase L3Harris's differentiated strategy and unique technologies Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and coordinate efforts across multiple departments to support sales and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and professionally, delivering presentations and updates tailored for executivelevel audiences.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and incorporate customer insights into strategic planning and decisionmaking.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives by applying analytical thinking and structured problemsolving.
  • Apply digital storytelling techniques and tools to create compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize strong analytical and communication capabilities to support datadriven recommendations and business decisions.
  • Maintain awareness and interest in aerospace, defense, and national security trends to support informed strategic discussions.

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible, candidate's must be pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $27.50/hour - $48.00/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
