We seek out innovation across our entire business and pass that knowledge and expertise to our customers.As a Product Development Manager, manages all aspects of day-to-day product development in the Research & Development organization.Responsibilities include personnel management and activities to support all aspects of product formulation/development and commercialization activities, including customer quotations, technical sales/customer support, and product commercialization activities. Works collaboratively with Sales, Customer service, Operations, Technical Operations, Procurement, and Quality to achieve all business objectives.How will you contribute:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
