We are building a new category of Precision Care AI that is reshaping how medicine is practiced and delivered bringing medical super intelligence that can deliver impact directly into clinical workflows and restoring time, clarity, and confidence to care teams.

This isn't just a volume game; it's about solid business development experience used to validate real-time demand and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through sophisticated, personalized outreach. You won't just follow a script-you will turn campaigns into high-value conversations and feed live market intelligence back to the team to shape our growth.
If you thrive in environments defined by rapid innovation, high standards, and meaningful impact-and want to help scale a platform that is fundamentally changing healthcare-this is the place to do it. We are looking for individuals who are driven, intellectually curious, and energized by building something that has never existed before.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Prospecting: Deploy multi-channel campaigns (teleprospecting, email, social) to transition cold outreach into meaningful business conversations with health system leaders.
  • ICP & Market Validation: Use daily outreach to validate market demand and refine the ICP, providing direct feedback to Marketing and Sales on what messaging resonates in this new category.
  • High-Touch Personalization: Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success to identify key accounts and craft hyper-personalized outreach that articulates the unique business value of GW RhythmX.
  • Lead Intelligence: Source and vet contact information using tools like ZoomInfo and Definitive Healthcare to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
  • Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with Marketing to convert inbound interest into qualified meetings while maintaining creative, active engagement with existing leads.
  • Data Integrity: Utilize Salesforce and Outreach as the "source of truth" to track all communications and provide actionable reports to leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role within healthcare or SaaS.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach is required.
  • High energy, strong ownership mindset, and a bias toward action and results
  • Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations

About You
  • Strategic Mindset: You are systematic yet flexible, capable of managing multiple work streams while prioritizing high-impact activities.
  • Communication Pro: You possess excellent oral, writing, and presentation skills, with a knack for turning a "pitch" into a "consultation".
  • Resilient & Driven: You thrive in a competitive environment, handle objections with ease, and are motivated by exceeding goals.
  • Action-Oriented: You are eager to maintain a high volume of activity, including 50+ teleprospecting calls per day, to drive pipeline progression.

This role is best suited for individuals who are ambitious, resilient, and driven to be part of a team setting a new standard for how healthcare operates.
