We are seeking a Showroom Salesperson to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

What weโ€™re looking for
1โ€“2+ years retail/showroom or resale/consignment experience preferred โ€” experience with secondhand goods, vintage, or luxury resale is a plus
Strong consultative sales approach assesses customer needs, accurately grade/describe condition, present value, negotiate, close, and drive follow-up sales
Knowledge or willingness to learn authentication and valuation for category items (designer labels, electronics, jewelry, etc.)
Skills in merchandising used inventory, staging, and visual presentation to maximize turn and margin
Comfortable with online marketplace workflows: photographing items, writing honest descriptions, pricing competitively, and coordinating ship-in/store pickup
Reliable, team-oriented, and metrics-driven โ€” KPI focus on conversion rate, average sale, sell-through, and sourced-item yield
Day-to-day responsibilities
Greet customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, demo or try-on where applicable, and close sales in person and online
Accurately assess incoming consignments/purchases: condition grading, authentication checks, and recommended pricing
Maintain showroom merchandising, tag and prep items for sale, photograph goods for online listings, and manage inventory entries
Follow up on leads, nurture repeat customers, and encourage referrals and consignments
Hit individual sales targets and contribute to store sell-through and margin goals
