Job Title: Requisition Engineer

Job Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Fulltime (FTE)

Job Description:

  • Should have 7-15+ years' experience in the following:
  • Virtual machines, servers including industrial servers, firewalls, network switches, routers, high-speed connection technologies, lockboxes, DCS integration (OPC, PI, tunnelers), remote sensing monitoring systems, other cyber-security equipment and networking concepts (like ports and services), Windows, understanding of VMWare and usability.
  • Networking experience โ€“ configuring firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate), switches (Cisco)
  • Must have field engineering experienceโ€“physically installing network equipment (servers, routers, firewalls, switches); knowledge of industrial control systems
  • Integrating SCADA/DCS protocols like Modbus, Profibus. Foundation Fieldbus, OPC, TCP/IP and Serial based modes of communication
  • Must be willing to travel to customer site if local regional resource is unable to support physical deployment tasks, which could be approximately 30-50% of the time.
  • Comfortable providing training to the customer control room operators and I&C technicians, exceptionally strong end-customer interaction skills
  • Knowledge of I&C TFA Industrial Gas Turbines and Steam Turbines is must
  • Should have experience in Monitoring and Diagnostic equipment commissioning, like Vibration, Overspeed, Pulzation, Drives, Trip Chains, Bleed Valve, IGV Adjustment, Turbine and Generator Protection
  • Knowledge and Experience of Low voltage switchgear and electrical equipmentโ€™s commissioning
  • Making report and documentation like modification and change orders, circuit diagrams
  • Networking and communication designs
  • Domain Expertise work, DCS and controllers' integration
  • Expertise in Customer Interaction and Provided Technical Support to Team members.
  • Experience in Site Survey, Highs Speed Connection and Firewall configuration

Requirement and Skills:

  • Networking experience โ€“ configuring firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate), switches (Cisco)
  • Domain knowledge of Aero Structural Design, Thermal Structural Design and DCS Integration
  • Good to have: Knowledge/Certification on Cyber Securities

  • Experienced with MS Visio, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in an independent and highly matrixed environment, coordinating across multiple sites, functions, and time zones, with simultaneous projects. Takes initiative and quickly raises issues for help
