Description
GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will support Rendering activities through clerical support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Balancing feed tickets with MTech and SAP and produce various delivery reports
  • Enters requisitions and receives through SAP for department parts and ingredients
  • Assists dispatcher in maintaining and monitoring inventory of Rendering
  • Orders and schedules deliveries of as a backup to the dispatcher
  • Answers phones and performs other clerical duties as needed for various other departments
  • Maintains open communication with Rendering management team and personal

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Requires an high school degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in accounting or accounting support role required
  • 1-2 years experience in Microsoft Excel and Word software required
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer skills; SAP experience preferred
