How You'll Make An Impact

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Senior Deliverability Manager who will support and improve deliverability processes, resulting in improved client satisfaction. This position will be responsible for driving solutions and services to address deliverability challenges, manage and oversee required processes, develop new client-facing practices, and work with contacts at ISPs. Moreover, this person will be responsible for identifying emerging challenges and identifying, communicating and overseeing the implementation of the appropriate remedy.

Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve

  • Improve email and SMS/MMS deliverability performance through optimized processes, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution
  • Establish and scale standardized deliverability practices, including whitelisting, feedback loops, spam filtering, and escalation management
  • Lead onboarding, testing, and execution strategies to improve sending reputation and delivery success
  • Strengthen ISP relationships and ensure Epsilon's sending technologies align with evolving compliance and performance requirements
  • Build client confidence through decisive, data-driven guidance and measurable improvements in campaign performance
  • Enhance automation and efficiency, particularly in IP/domain warming and deliverability monitoring processes
Qualifications

What You'll Bring With You

  • 10+ years of experience in deliverability operations within an ESP, ISP, or email authentication environment.
  • Deep expertise in email ecosystem fundamentals including SMTP, MTAs, IP strategies, DKIM/SPF authentication, and sender reputation management
  • Strong knowledge of data hygiene, privacy regulations, opt-in policies, and anti-spam frameworks
  • Hands-on experience managing SMS/MMS deliverability, including 10DLC registration, Toll-Free verification, Short Codes, and CTIA compliance
  • Proven ability to diagnose complex deliverability issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to influence internal stakeholders and client partners
  • Experience with MessageSystems (MTA), Kibana, and QuickSight or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced technical or business degree preferred

 Compensation Range: USD $112,800.00 - USD $209,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
