Job description

We're looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Brand Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life across our growing portfolio of assisted living communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves seeing ideas move from concept to launch.
In this role, you'll work closely with our corporate marketing team to support brand initiatives, manage campaigns, strengthen community reputation, and help create meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members across the country.
Bring the Brand to Life
  • Support and apply Trustwell Living's brand standards across communities and marketing channels through consistency in messaging, visual identity, tone, and overall brand experience

Lead Campaign Execution
  • Create and coordinate marketing campaigns from kickoff through completion by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to keep projects moving smoothly

Manage Vendor & Agency Relationships
  • Serve as a key point of contact for select marketing vendors and agency partners

Support Digital Marketing & Reputation Management
  • Manage online reputation management, including monitoring reviews and drafting thoughtful responses and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across communities
  • Maintain CRM and marketing data to support reporting and campaign analysis

Travel & Community Support
  • Travel periodically to communities for events, brand initiatives, and on-site marketing support
  • Participate in planning sessions and collaborative meetings at the New York corporate office

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related experience
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience with hands-on campaign or project management responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and marketing/reputation management tools
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving in day-to-day marketing decisions
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi-location service organizations
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics
  • Exposure to creative/design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Experience working with external marketing vendors or agencies
